Kamee Greer, FNP
Hello all, I'm a board-certified nurse practitioner and the heart behind Rose & Radiance Wellness. My journey in healthcare spans nearly three decades: 14 years as a registered nurse, followed by the last 13 years as a family nurse practitioner, with the last 10 focused specifically on weight loss and metabolic health. I earned my degrees from Tennessee State University,
After years of hands-on experience, I discovered my true passion & vision — helping people achieve lasting, whole-body wellness.
I believe healthy change should feel sustainable, not stressful. My goal is to guide you through a safe, personalized journey that fits your real life — celebrating every milestone along the way and helping you feel confident, energized, and like yourself again.
Outside the clinic, I'm a proud mom of 4 adult children, 2 in college, and a Meeme of 3, bringing the same nurturing energy to my own family life.

Dr. Noah Ehinger
Dr. Noah Ehinger is a highly skilled cosmetic surgeon based in Nashville, Tennessee, dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized, compassionate care. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System. With a strong foundation in women’s health, Dr. Ehinger specializes in cosmetic gynecology, including labiaplasty and vaginoplasty, as well as breast augmentation and a wide range of body contouring procedures.
As a member of the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons, Dr. Ehinger has a special interest in Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures and advanced body aesthetics. His experience in OB/GYN provides a unique understanding of the physical changes women experience throughout life, allowing him to create personalized treatment plans, including mommy makeover procedures. Committed to safety, precision, and natural-looking results, Dr. Ehinger combines advanced surgical expertise with patient-centered care to help every individual look and feel their best.
