Core Transformation includes monthly progress check-ins with the care team, personalized nutrition coaching, and access to wellness education. Members also receive preferred pricing on IV hydration, priority appointment scheduling, and biweekly combination injections featuring Lipotropic and B12 support. Medication is billed separately.
Premium VIP
Premium VIP includes everything offered in Core Transformation, along with direct messaging access to your provider and concierge scheduling, including same-week appointments when available. Members also receive a complimentary quarterly wellness assessment, Semaglutide medication support, and monthly body composition analysis for closer progress tracking.
Ultimate Transformation
Ultimate Transformation includes everything in Premium VIP, with added support for Tirzepatide GLP-1/GIP therapy. This plan provides dedicated dosing and titration guidance, enhanced monitoring for possible side effects, and priority coordination for medication management, offering the highest level of personalized support.
