Members also receive 20% preferred pricing on IV hydration services, priority appointment scheduling, and biweekly Lipotropic + B12 combination injections. GLP-1 medication is billed separately.
Premium VIP
$299/month
Premium VIP includes everything offered in Core Transformation, along with direct messaging access to your provider and concierge-level scheduling, including same-week appointments when available. This tier also includes Semaglutide GLP-1 medication along with a complimentary quarterly wellness assessment and monthly body composition analysis for closer progress tracking.
Ultimate Transformation
$399/month
Ultimate Transformation includes everything in Premium VIP, elevated with access to Tirzepatide GLP-1/GIP medication - a more advanced, dual action approach to metabolic support. This plan provides dedicated dosing and titration guidance, enhanced monitoring for possible side effects, and priority coordination for medication management, delivering the most comprehensive level of personalized support.
